About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled ERPNext Developer to join our team at Tekbee Technologies. You will play a key role in implementing, customizing, and maintaining ERPNext solutions, with a strong focus on the Manufacturing and Accounting domains. Key Responsibilities

• Customization: Develop and extend ERPNext functionality using Python (Frappe Framework).
• Manufacturing Focus: Configure and customize BoMs, Production Planning, Work Orders, and Job Cards to streamline client manufacturing processes.
• Accounting Focus: Implement and troubleshoot Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Tax structures, and financial reporting requirements.
• Integration: Develop custom APIs and scripts to integrate ERPNext with third-party tools.
• Support: Provide technical support for existing client implementations, focusing on data integrity in accounting and production workflows.

Required Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• ERPNext Expertise: Hands-on experience (1–2 years) with the Frappe Framework.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Accounting principles (GL, Invoicing, Cost Centers) and Manufacturing workflows (Production planning, inventory movement, scrap management).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to map complex business requirements into custom DocTypes and scripts.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical business stakeholders.
