Mobile App Developer (React Native/Flutter)

We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer to build a high-performance cross-platform application (React Native or Flutter) that integrates directly with our ERP system. You will be responsible for creating intuitive mobile interfaces that allow our team/clients to interact with ERPNext modules (CRM, HR, Inventory) in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• API Integration: Connect the mobile application to our ERPNext backend using REST APIs and Frappe’s whitelisted methods.
• Cross-Platform Development: Develop, test, and deploy a responsive app using React Native or Flutter.
• Data Synchronization: Implement secure data handling, offline-first capabilities, and real-time syncing between the mobile app and our ERP.
• Security: Ensure secure authentication (JWT/OAuth) and data encryption during API communication.
• Performance: Optimize the app for speed and smooth transitions, ensuring it works seamlessly on both Android and iOS.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in mobile app development.
• Frameworks: Proven proficiency in either React Native or Flutter.
• Integration Skills: Experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling JSON data structures.
• ERP/Backend Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems (specifically ERPNext/Frappe is a huge plus) and how business logic moves from backend to frontend.
• Tools: Proficient in Git, debugging tools, and App Store/Play Store deployment.
