Are you a natural communicator who loves building relationships? Tekbee Technologies is looking for a driven Sales Executive to help our clients digitize their businesses using ERPNext, Zoho, and SAP. You won’t just be "selling software"; you will be helping businesses grow by implementing the right technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Outreach: Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to schedule discovery meetings.
- Networking: Actively participate in networking groups, events, and business forums (like BNI) to generate and nurture leads.
- Product Demos: Learn the basics of our ERP solutions and conduct simple, engaging demonstrations for potential clients.
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM (ERPNext) updated with lead progress and follow-up activities.
- Relationship Building: Follow the "Givers Gain" philosophy—provide value to your network, listen to client pain points, and offer real solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate (BBA/BCA/B.Com/B.E preferred).
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or field marketing.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication (in English and local languages).
- Personality: High energy, confidence, and a "never-say-die" attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, mobile apps, and eager to learn new software.
